Begin with your family

Closer together.
Still room to be you.

Bringing family closer raises questions a floor plan alone can’t answer.

Where will everyone find quiet? How will mornings work? What happens if mobility changes? Todd and Robin help you consider the whole household, then shape a practical plan around comfort, dignity, privacy, and your budget.

Sometimes that means a new suite. Sometimes it means rethinking space you already have. We start by listening.

The possibilities

Make room for the life ahead.

Space for every generation

Parent and in-law suites, shared gathering spaces, and private places to retreat. We plan for connection without asking everyone to live the same way.

A home that adapts with you

Thoughtful kitchens, bathrooms, circulation, and access that support changing mobility while feeling naturally part of your home.

Room you haven’t considered

An addition, basement, upper floor, or attic may offer a new way to live. We evaluate access and the space together before recommending a direction.

Real Harvest solutions

Thoughtful adaptations can feel like home.

These completed details show practical ways a home can support changing mobility without making a broad promise about what every house can accommodate.

Stair lift installed along a carpeted residential staircase
Mobility between floorsA stair lift can keep more of the home usable.
Completed curbless tiled shower with a wide entry and built-in ledge
Curbless showerA continuous entry avoids a step-over curb.
Completed bathroom vanity with open knee space
Flexible vanityOpen knee space supports different daily routines.
Completed shower with a hand shower and wall-mounted grab bar
Safety within reachA hand shower and grab bar are integrated into the finish.

Think beyond the main floor

Your home may have more possibilities than you think.

A full first floor doesn’t automatically mean your home can’t work.

Harvest can install lifts, home elevators, and stair lifts. That allows us to explore whether living space upstairs, in a basement, or even in an attic could be part of the answer for your family.

We evaluate the space and access together: how someone will move through the home, what support they need, and what the house can reasonably accommodate. Suitability depends on the home, the equipment, applicable requirements, and your family’s needs.

Let’s look at the whole home

Why HAVEN is personal

We understand because we’ve lived it.

Todd & Robin Aron
Harvest Luxury Builders

Multigenerational living was part of our family’s life long before it became our work.

We welcomed family into our home, planned a home for multiple generations, and learned through caregiving how much the small details matter. Privacy, independence, relationships, and changing routines all deserve a place in the conversation.

That experience shapes the questions we ask and the care we bring to your decisions. We combine it with Harvest’s design and construction experience to help you find a thoughtful way forward.

Get to know the Harvest approach

You don’t need finished plans to begin. We’ll help you understand the choices and take the next step with confidence.

  1. Listen

We get to know your family, your home, and what you want everyday life to feel like.

  2. Design

We explore the possibilities together and connect the layout, materials, and scope with your budget.

  3. Build

We coordinate construction and decisions with careful craftsmanship and clear communication.

  4. Live

A home shaped around your routines, relationships, and the years ahead.

Questions families ask

Start with what’s on your mind.

Do we need room for a suite on the main level?

No. A main-level suite is one option, but we also explore other floors and ways to connect them. A lift, home elevator, or stair lift may make an upstairs, basement, or attic space worth considering. The right approach depends on your home and the people who will use it.

Could an attic become living space?

Potentially. We look at the usable space, access, structure, comfort, and applicable requirements together. An attic is a possibility to evaluate, not a promise that every home can accommodate one.

Can Harvest install lifts, elevators, and stair lifts?

Yes. These are part of the options we can bring into a family-living project. We help you consider which approach fits your home, daily routines, mobility needs, and budget, and plan the installation as part of the overall work.

Is HAVEN only for an aging parent moving in?

No. HAVEN is for families planning to live together, homeowners who want to remain in a home they love, and households preparing for changing needs. Privacy, independence, and connection matter at every stage.

What if we only need a small change?

We start with the problem you want to solve. A useful outcome might be a modest adaptation, a phased plan, or guidance that helps you decide what to do next. Every conversation does not have to lead to a major renovation.

Family Living Launch Invitation

Explore what’s possible for your family.

We’re introducing Harvest Family Living with five complimentary Family Living Assessments.

Consider how your whole home could support the way you want to live—with personal guidance from Todd and Robin and a practical plan for what comes next.

Your assessment includes

  • An in-home consultation about your family, routines, and goals
  • A personalized Family Living Plan with conceptual design
  • Prioritized recommendations and preliminary budget guidance
  • A follow-up presentation and one reasonable conceptual revision

Whether the answer is a modest change, a phased plan, or a larger renovation, our goal is to help you make an informed decision.

Five assessments · No assessment fee

Let’s start with a conversation.

Tell us where your home is, what you’re considering, and your timing. We’ll have a brief conversation to confirm that the assessment fits your needs and that a launch appointment is available.

We’ll then guide you through the Family Living questionnaire and arrange your visit. You don’t need to have every answer to begin.

Request a Complimentary Assessment

Prefer to talk? Call (336) 602-6729.

This launch offer covers the first five families booked following a fit conversation. No payment is required for the assessment, and there is no obligation to proceed with construction. Sending a request does not reserve an appointment.
